The Healthy Living Programme served 242 Welby Breakfasts at Caskieberran Primary, teaching Glenrothes pupils about nutrition with help from partners.
It was all about building healthy habits in Glenrothes yesterday! The Healthy Living Programme team visited Caskieberran Primary School, where they served 242 pupils a nutritious Welby Breakfast to start their day.
The morning was dedicated to educating the pupils on why a balanced meal is so essential for their overall health and for staying focused during school hours. The event was a fantastic team effort, supported by CJ Lang Scotland as the wholesaler and Spar, David’s Kitchen, Glenrothes as the retailer.
A huge thank you goes to Neil Ogilvie from Spar Scotland and Store Manager Keith from David's Kitchen for rolling up their sleeves and helping out all morning. We also want to thank Spar Scotland and Weetabix for providing the products that made this healthy start possible for so many children.
