The Healthy Living Programme, with sponsor Ascona and wholesaler Nisa, provided a Welby Breakfast for 429 pupils at Hazlehead Primary School on September 18th, 2025.
What a way to start the school day! The Healthy Living Programme was delighted to visit HazleheadPrimary School in Aberdeen on September 18th, 2025, for a fantastic Welby Breakfast event. We had an amazing morning serving 429 pupils a healthy and delicious start to their day.
This event was made possible thanks to our incredible event sponsors, Ascona, and our event wholesaler, Nisa. We're incredibly grateful to Marc, Linzi, and Maz from the Nisa, Springfield Road team who worked tirelessly, serving all 429 pupils in under 2.5 hours. Their dedication, along with the incredible welcome we received from all the staff and pupils, made the morning a huge success.
Events like this are at the heart of our mission: to make healthy breakfasts accessible to more children across the country. It's a great opportunity to connect with the community and highlight the importance of starting the day with a nutritious meal.
We're so close to a huge milestone - our goal of feeding 50,000 pupils a healthy breakfast! Thank you to everyone at Hazlehead Primary School and our partners at Nisa and Ascona for helping us get one step closer to that target.
